Adult Sunday School

The Adult Education class meets on Sunday mornings at 10:15, following the worship service. They are using a new study book from the Interpretation Bible Studies series from Westminster John Knox Books. It is an 8-week study of the Acts of the Apostles. The topics include the history of very early church development (known as “The Way”), the work of the Apostles among Jews and gentiles, and incredible stories of the Apostle Paul spreading the Gospel and beginning community churches throughout the Mediterranean. It is a powerful introduction to the meaning of discipleship and what God and Jesus call us to do in the world. Study books are available. We hope to fill the Founders’ Room with people interested in a Bible Study for the fall. Childcare is available.
